Anpassung der Pauschbeträge für Sachentnahmen in 2020

Das Bundesfinanzministerium hat die Pauschbeträge für Sachentnahmen von Lebensmitteln und Getränken an die Umsatzsteueränderungen zum 1. Juli 2020 angepasst.

Für unentgeltliche Wertabgaben (Eigenverbrauch) von Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken gibt das Bundesfinanzministerium für bestimmte Branchen jährlich eine Liste von Pauschbeträgen bekannt, mit der die Betriebe Warenentnahmen durch Inhaber oder Personal monatlich pauschal verbuchen und damit die Aufzeichnung einer Vielzahl von Einzelentnahmen vermeiden können. Da seit dem 1. Juli 2020 für Restaurant- und Verpflegungsdienstleistungen der ermäßigte Umsatzsteuersatz gilt, hat das Ministerium die Pauschbeträge für die zweite Jahreshälfte 2020 entsprechend geändert. Nachdem die Änderung bis zum 30. Juni 2021 gilt, sind auch für das kommende Jahr zwei unterschiedliche Pauschbeträge zu erwarten. Eine Berücksichtigung der für das zweite Halbjahr 2020 abgesenkten Steuersätze bei der Umsatzsteuer erfolgt bei den Pauschbeträgen dagegen nicht.
