Mindestlohn steigt auch 2020

Ab 2020 beträgt der gesetzliche Mindestlohn 9,35 Euro pro Stunde - 16 Cent mehr als bisher.

Eigentlich ist beim gesetzlichen Mindestlohn nur alle zwei Jahre eine Anpassung an die allgemeine Lohnentwicklung vorgesehen. Doch die Mindestlohnkommission hatte 2018 entschieden, dass der Mindestlohn sowohl 2019 als auch 2020 um je einen Teilbetrag ansteigen soll. Ab 2020 gilt daher ein neuer Mindestlohn von 9,35 Euro pro Stunde statt bisher 9,19 Euro. Einige Branchen haben höhere Mindestlöhne, die zum Großteil ebenfalls mit dem Jahreswechsel steigen.
